The two older gentlemen at the reception had a great sense of humour and the check-in was quickly completed. Large, spacious room with a view of the tower. Very good breakfast.

Central, quiet and comfortable

It's located in a calm and upscale residential area, a nice 10-minute walk away across the river from a beautiful mall Costanera. It's perfect for people who prefer to stay away from the center and enjoy a peaceful stay. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. the staff is helpful and friendly, serving fine breakfast. It offers good value for the money, with lots of information about tours and reasonably priced airport transfer service available.

Some guests encountered unfortunate cases of theft while using the hotel's luggage storage service.

Bilingual front desk staff, driver, bar waiter, gave exceptional customer service with tourism questions, getting around the city, and help with personal problems. Interested, kind, and understanding are not common adjectives for hotel staff, but certainly describe these folks! Recommended by friends. Location is also unbeatable!

Location was good. Staff were helpful in providing breakfast when I had to leave early. The first room was palatial although on the ground floor exposed to traffic noise.

I did request a move since the front of the hotel is on the main road- the Av. St. Maria. I was moved to another room in the back which suffered from noising plumbing in the ceiling. The management was aware of this issue. There are very few places to eat close by as this area is being renovated and you need to go one metro stop to Tobalada unless you want to eat in an American style fast food joint.

The internet access was very popular, and it was sometimes hard to get a chance to use one of the two computers. the rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and had everything I needed.

Great airport transportation and friendly staff. We spent our New Year's Eve in this hotel and it was beyond expectation. The airport transportation was very reliable and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all amenities. The breakfast was included and had decent variety. We enjoyed the relaxing lounge and had a great time trying out the local cocktails.

Limited access to taxis and some refurbishment required. The hotel is a bit far from the main areas of the city, but still located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
